Do you ever make a delicious smoothie, only to stare at it blankly when trying to decide the carb (or calorie) count?

Well here comes the NutriBullet Balance to the rescue!

Green smoothie in front of the Nutribullet Balance

This is a sponsored post. I received the NutriBullet Balance for free to review it, but I’ve been a hardcore NutriBullet fan for years. If you read any of my recipes, you’ll see that if I blend anything, it’s in my NutriBullet.

The NutriBullet Balance is the next generation NutriBullet and it’s a pretty cool upgrade.

It will keep track of everything that goes into the blender cup and tells you the exact macronutrient breakdown, which is both convenient for in-the-moment carb counting and for tracking daily consumption.

It connects to an app on your phone (via Bluetooth) and will guide you step-by-step through one of the 100 recipes that come with the NutriBullet or keep track of your own creations.

You can preprogram your own recipes and it will help you track that you are adding the right amounts of the ingredients to the cup (no measuring cups needed), or you can freestyle and the NutriBullet Balance will track for you “as you go”. It can even save the data to your phone’s health app!

And why is this cool? Because anybody living with diabetes needs to know what goes into their body and the NutriBullet Balance takes the guesswork out of that.

I made this short video to demonstrate how it works. The recipe I made is from the NutriBullet Balance app but you can also see it below the video

I know that this will be one of my favorite kitchen tools and I can’t wait to step up my smoothie game next year!

You can buy the NutriBullet Balance on Amazon.
