Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ small cucumber
  • ½ celery stalk
  • 1 tsp. ginger root
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
