  • In a small jar with a screw-top lid, add the vinegar, salt, garlic pepper, and olive oil.
    ¼ cup fruit-flavored white balsamic vinegar, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon garlic pepper, ½ cup olive oil
  • Shake vigorously until well mixed.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 servings of vinaigrette. Each serving is 1 tablespoon.
Your vinaigrette can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several weeks.
Be sure to shake it up before serving in case the ingredients have separated.
