Ingredients 

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 4 cups water
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia, (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries, water, salt, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
    2 cups fresh strawberries, 4 cups water, pinch kosher salt, 1 tablespoon Stevia
  • Purée until smooth.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 cups of agua fresca.
If your strawberries are fresh and ripe, you won't need to add any sweetener. If you use the honey, it will add approximately 3g carb per serving.
Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3-4 days. Be sure to give it a good stir before you pour a glass.
