When you’re looking for a quick and healthy meal, these keto salmon patties are a delicious option! They’re ready in about half an hour with less than 10 ingredients.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients for the salmon patties.
  • Mix the ingredients, using the back of the spoon to mash the avocado cubes against the side of the bowl if necessary.
  • Once the ingredients are well-combined, place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • After chilling, divide the mixture into 6 equal portions, then shape each one into a small patty, about ½ an inch to 1 inch thick.
  • Heat butter or oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for 5 – 7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 salmon patties. Each patty is 1 serving.
Double-check the label on the canned salmon to make sure it's wild-caught.
Pre-made mixture can be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours until you're ready to cook the patties.
Cooked salmon cakes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
