Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place the chicken thighs, cheddar cheese, and cucumber in a large bowl.
  • Pour the Greek yogurt mixture over top.
  • Stir until everything is completely coated.
  • Serve cold. Top with extra cheese and dill if desired.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings of chicken salad.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Once cooked, chicken should be eaten within 3-4 days.
