Keto Garlic Bread

This keto garlic bread is brushed with melted butter and topped with parsley, sea salt, garlic, and Parmesan for a hearty side that tastes so indulgent, you’ll never believe it’s low carb!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried prasley
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • Marinara and fresh parsley, (for serving — optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and coconut flour.
  • Using your hands, mix the cream cheese and egg into the almond flour mixture until completely combined. The dough will be quite sticky.
  • Transfer the dough to the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Flatten the dough into an 8” circle, or until the dough is about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the melted butter over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with the garlic powder, parsley, and sea salt. Finish with the Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  • Slice the garlic bread into 12 strips.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 servings of garlic bread. If you cut the bread into 12 slices, each serving will be 2 slices.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To reheat, bake at 350°F until heated through and the cheese has re-melted.
