2-Ingredient Grilled Peaches

These 2-ingredient grilled peaches make an amazing side or even dessert! If you already have the grill out, do yourself a favor and throw a few on.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large peaches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, (extra virgin)

Instructions

  • Preheat a gas grill to medium heat.
  • Cut each peach in half along its seam, then twist to separate. Remove the pit.

  • Brush each peach half with a ½ tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill.
  • Cook the peach halves for about 4 minutes without moving, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings. Each serving is 1 peach half.
You could also try this recipe with nectarines.
These peaches are best enjoyed hot, but any leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for a few days.
