This Asian vinaigrette and marinade is an easy way to add bold flavor and a hint of spice to your favorite dishes! Plus, it only takes minutes to prep.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, tamari or soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
    ¼ cup rice vinegar, 1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium tamari, ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, ½ clove garlic
  • While whisking continuously, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
    ⅓ cup olive oil
  • Add a dash of sriracha to taste and freshly ground black pepper.
    Dash sriracha sauce, Freshly ground black pepper

Notes

This recipe is for 6 servings. Each serving is 2 tablespoons.
If you don't want to whisk, just place the ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously.
If you're sensitive to gluten, make sure your tamari/soy sauce is gluten-free.
Any extra can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
