Ingredients 

Instructions

  • Place the cheese cubes and thyme sprigs in a small jar.
    8 ounce extra-sharp white cheddar cheese, 4 to 5 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, salt, and red pepper.
    ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Pour the olive oil mixture over the cheese in the jar. Turn the jar upside down a few times to saturate all of the cheese.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

Notes

This recipe is for 8 servings. The number of cheese cubes per serving will depend on what size you cut them into.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
