This tasty Greek vinaigrette is easy to make and perfect for dipping raw vegetables, dressing a leafy green salad, or even marinating chicken breast or pork loin!

Ingredients

  • Combine the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, Juice from 1 small or 1/2 large lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, Salt and pepper
  • While continuously whisking, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
    ¼ cup olive oil
  • Whisk until all the ingredients are well-combined.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 servings of vinaigrette.
Any extra can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Before serving, I recommend shaking vigorously as the ingredients are likely to separate in the refrigerator.
