  • 4 egg whites (186 g) – use pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • ½ tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. Stevia
  • 4 large ice cubes


  • Blend 2 egg whites, ½ tbsp. stevia, coffee, cocoa, and 4 ice cubes until it has the consistency of slush ice.
  • In a separate glass, blend the remaining egg whites and ½ tbsp. stevia until they are stiff and fluffy.
  • Pour the slush ice blend into a high glass and top off with the whipped egg whites.
  • Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top.
  • Enjoy!
