  • 8 oz. (225 g) low fat cottage cheese (about 1 cup)
  • ΒΌ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 cup (150 g) berries


  • Combine all ingredients, except berries in a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until smooth and divide between two small bowls.
  • Top with berries and enjoy!
