This recipe is for 2 parfaits.You can top your parfait with any fruit you choose, although berries tend to be lower sugar than other fruits. You could also add toasted (non-salted) almonds or granola.This dessert keeps very well! You can whip up a few batches at once and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
