Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles – Nothing is better at fighting the summer heat than these deliciously cool, sugar free, low-carb, healthy popsicles
These healthy homemade Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles have all the delicious flavor of a summer treat without any of the added sugar! And you only need 5 simple ingredients to make them.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 3 hours
Total Time: 3 hours 5 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 4 oz. low fat cottage cheese
  • lbs. strawberries
  • 4 oz. lemon juice,, (about 4 lemons)
  • 5 drops liquid Stevia

Instructions

  • Pulse the oats in a high-powered blender or food processor until they turn into powder.
  • Add the strawberries, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and stevia, then pulse until smooth. If necessary, stop the blender and push the ingredients down with a spatula. Do not add any liquid!
  • Pour the mixture into 6 popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

Notes

This recipe is for 6 popsicles. Each popsicle is 1 serving.
I recommend using fresh strawberries for the strongest flavor. You can use frozen strawberries, but the flavor won't be quite as strong.
If possible, use Meyer lemons instead of standard lemons for a less acidic flavor.
Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for several months.
