Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl or a large Ziploc, mix the basil, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  • Cut the turkey breast into thumb-sized pieces or strips, then place in the marinade for at least 20-30 minutes.
  • Take the turkey out of the marinade and fry in a skillet for 5-8 minutes at medium heat until fully cooked.

Notes

This recipe is for 1 serving.
The turkey breast can stay in the marinade in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
If making multiple servings, you don't need to multiply the oil and spices in proportion to the turkey. For example, if you are making 4 servings, use 4 times the amount of turkey but 2 times the amount of oil and spices.
