  • Freeze for 10 minutes or put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This recipe makes 12 fat bombs. Each is 1 serving.
Helpful tips: You can use either cacao powder or cocoa powder. Cacao powder has a slightly stronger flavor but both work great. After mixing the paste, if it is still too thin, pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes before rolling.
Variations: Consider using another nut butter like almond butter or cashew butter. You may substitute monk fruit sweetener for stevia. Coat fat balls in cacao powder or finely chopped nuts for another variety.
Storage: For the best flavor, store fat bombs in an airtight container in cold storage. They can keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator and for several weeks in the freezer.
