Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, (softened)
  • 2 tablespoon dried cranberries, (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon toasted pecans, (chopped)
  • ¼ lbs. turkey breast slices

Instructions

  • Lay a turkey breast slice on a cutting board.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese into a thin layer over the slice.
  • Sprinkle the dried cranberries, pecans, and green onions over the cream cheese layer.
  • Working from the short end of the turkey slice, roll the turkey slice up jelly-roll style.
  • Repeat with remaining turkey breast slices.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings. Each serving will be 1 oz. of turkey. The number of rolls per serving will depend on the size and thickness of your turkey breast slices.
Thicker turkey breast slices will be easier to roll and less likely to split.
Before cutting your roll, chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to help the cream cheese firm up.
You can substitute the cranberries for other dried fruit, fresh herbs, or flavorful veggies.
You can substitute the chopped pecans for other chopped nuts or seeds.
For storage, wrap the roll in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
