  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled to room temperature)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp. MCT oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. Stevia


  • Brew a cup of black coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until the ice has become crushed but not completely melted.
  • Pour into a glass. You can serve as-is or choose to add extra toppings.


This recipe is for 2 servings of keto coffee milkshake.
Any kind of coffee can be used for this recipe. I recommend adding 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds to 3 cups of cold water and allowing it to brew overnight. In the morning, simply strain out the coffee grounds.
Feel free to add ingredients like cocoa powder, nut butter, or protein powder to this shake. If your protein powder is sweetened, consider reducing the amount of sweetener in the recipe.
Your keto shake can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to a week. If prepping in advance, blend without the ice so it does not melt and water down the ingredients.
