  • Add the almond flour, Stevia, protein powder, and salt, then mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, form 14 cookie dough balls.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the dough to set.
