Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into 8 strips)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken strips.
  • Carefully wrap each seasoned chicken strip with one slice of bacon.
  • Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes or until completely cooked through.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings. Each serving is 2 tenders.
For crispier bacon, broil the tenders for 1-2 minutes at the end of the cook time.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
To reheat, bake in the oven at 375°F until heated through.
