Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and coconut flour.
Using your hands, mix the cream cheese and egg into the almond flour mixture until completely combined. The dough will be quite sticky.
Transfer the dough to the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Flatten the dough into an 8” circle, or until the dough is about ¼ inch thick.
Spread the melted butter over the dough.
Sprinkle with the garlic powder, parsley, and sea salt. Finish with the Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
Slice the garlic bread into 12 strips.
This recipe is for 6 servings of garlic bread. If you cut the bread into 12 slices, each serving will be 2 slices.Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.To reheat, bake at 350°F until heated through and the cheese has re-melted.
