Ingredients

  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • cups cubed pineapple
  • 3 cups baby kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutribullet) and blend until the smoothie has an even and silky consistency. 
  • Find yourself a spot in the sun and enjoy!
