Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the marinade over up to 4 large steaks and allow to sit for at least 1 hour.
  • Discard excess marinade before cooking steaks.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings of marinade. Each serving is enough to marinate 1 large steak.
Marinade can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
