Glass of Apple Cider Vinegar Soda on table

Have you been looking for an alternative to soda?

Most brands are loaded with either sugar or unhealthy sweeteners. There are a few healthier brands, but they can be a bit pricey.

Instead, why not pour yourself a glass of this delicious apple cider vinegar soda? It’s so easy to make, and you only need 4 ingredients!

As someone who loves all things tart, the flavor of this soda was perfect for me. Of course, if it’s a bit too tart for you, you can always add a bit of your favorite sweetener or use more sparkling water to dilute it.

Personally, I love it as is. This soda is so refreshing, and since there’s no sugar added, I never experience a crash after drinking it!

How to make apple cider vinegar soda

This soda is so simple to make that you can pour yourself a glass any time you’re in the mood!

Ingredients in four cups

Step 1: In a 16-ounce glass, stir together the apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Step 2: Add 11 ounces of sparkling water, then stir again. Add ice cubes if desired.

That’s it! Now you have the perfect drink to quench your thirst without any unnecessary sugars or chemicals.

Apple cider vinegar benefits

Did you know that there are several health benefits associated with drinking apple cider vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar may help lower blood sugar levels and help manage diabetes. It also has antimicrobial and antioxidant effects and may even aid in weight loss and reducing cholesterol!

If you’ve been looking for the best way to drink apple cider vinegar to reap these benefits, definitely give this soda recipe a try.

Can this soda be made ahead?

Wondering if you can make a big batch of this drink ahead of time?

The only problem is that the sparkling water will lose it’s carbonation over time. If you make a pitcher of soda and store it in your fridge, you’ll notice it going flat within a few hours.

I recommend making this drink right when you want to drink it. Thankfully, the steps are so easy, it should only take a few minutes!
