Jessie
Hi there,
I realise this is a bit late but I would so like to get on board with the challenge. I’ve had a really bumpy time approaching the new year and I would so enjoy doing something positive for my diabetes.
I am happy to do the work and catch up on what I’ve already missed. Please let me know if you have space for me.
Tobias Oerum
Hi Jessie, please send an email to contact@diabetesstrong.com and we will sign you up for the challenge
Vanessa
Hello! I signed up for the challenge a few days ago or I thought I did because I didn’t received any emails today. I’m having problems with my mail storage capacity or something like that and I’m assuming that’s the problem. I’ve suscribed to the challenge in the past with vane12@gmail.com and I would like to change it now so I can get the emails. I hope it’s not too late. Thanks in advance!
Tobias Oerum
Hi Vanessa, I can see that the challenge emails are bouncing from your account so I think you are right that the storage capacity is the problem. Please send an email to contact@diabetesstrong.com with the email address you would like us to use going forward and we will get you signed up.
Rosemary
I signed up for challenge. No emails so far.
Christel Oerum
Please send an email to contact@diabetesstrong.com and we’ll sort it out

Facebook can be somewhat frustrating some times. This is the link to the recording of today’s live (https://www.facebook.com/events/328171494963617). I did also link to it in the email, as will link to the January 10th Live in next Sunday’s emails. Hopefully, that will be helpful next week
Penny
I thought I signed up for the challenge that starts today, but I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Can you help?

Staci
Do I have to put in my credit card information to get the free month of Glucozone for the challenge? I used Glucose Zone during the quarantine.
Christel Oerum
Yes, the system does require a credit card for you to sign up. You won’t be charged for the first 30-days. If you decide to stay with the program after the 30-days it will automatically bill your credit card, if you decide it’s not for you, you just cancel and there will be no charge
