One of the great things about soups is that it’s easy to make them taste great without adding a lot of carbs.

You can make flavorful chicken soups, creamy mushroom soups, or even spicy Asian soups that are low-carb, healthy, and delicious!

Most of these soups are perfect for colder fall and winter days when all you want is some comfort food to warm you up., but there are also a couple of recipes here for cold soups which are amazing to eat on a hot summer day.

All of these recipes are gluten-free, most of them are keto, and they are all suitable for a diabetes-friendly diet. Most of them are also ready in less than 30 minutes so they are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner too if you’re short on time.

Eating low-carb soups is a great way to work in extra servings of vegetables while also eating something delicious and filling.
