This keto garlic bread is brushed with melted butter and topped with parsley, sea salt, garlic, and Parmesan for a hearty side that tastes so indulgent, you’ll never believe it’s low carb!
Looking for an appetizer or side that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser? You can never go wrong with hot and cheesy keto garlic bread!
I also love that this dish can be ready in less than 30 minutes. Just mix the dough, brush with butter, add the toppings, and throw it in the oven until it’s golden and melty. How easy is that?
How to make keto garlic bread
This delicious recipe comes together in just a few simple steps. Let’s see how it’s done!
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and coconut flour.
Step 3: Using your hands, mix the cream cheese and egg into the almond flour mixture until completely combined. The dough will be quite sticky.
Step 4: Transfer the dough to the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Flatten the dough into an 8” circle, or until the dough is about ¼ inch thick.
Step 5: Spread the melted butter over the dough.
Step 6: Sprinkle with the garlic powder, parsley, and sea salt. Finish with the Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 7: Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
Step 8: Slice the garlic bread into 12 strips.
That’s it! You can serve with marinara sauce if desired. Fair warning: I recommend having the dipping sauce ready to go right when the bread comes out of the oven… otherwise, if you turn your back for a few seconds, all the slices might be gone!
What to serve with low-carb garlic bread
This hot and melty dish is so tasty, you’ll be tempted to eat it all on its own. But it also makes a wonderful side dish!
Looking for a traditional cheesy-bread-and-pizza experience? You could whip up this keto pizza crust, keto pizza casserole, or even this vegan cauliflower pizza with basil pesto!
It would also be super delicious alongside these keto meatballs in tomato sauce. Bonus: you can use the bread to scoop up any leftover sauce.
I also love a hearty side like this with a dish like baked pork ribs or beanless chili. You’re guaranteed to feel satisfied after eating all that deliciousness!
Storage
One of the best parts about garlic bread is the melted butter and cheese. So, as you might imagine, this dish is best served when it’s hot and fresh out of the oven.
But if you find yourself with leftovers, don’t let them go to waste! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
When you’re ready to enjoy, put the garlic bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pop it back in the oven at 350°F. Once it’s heated through and the cheese has re-melted, you’re ready to eat!

Followed instructions step by step and turn out great. The only thing I would change next time is to double the garlic from 1 tsp to 2 tsp.
