This keto tuna salad recipe is one of the easiest keto recipes there is. It’s delicious, requires minimal chopping, and is ready in just 5 minutes.
When you mention the word “keto”, not many people think of fish and vegetables, but both fish and vegetables are, in my opinion, an essential part of any healthy, well-rounded diet.
And fish and vegetables can definitely be included in a keto diet!
Of course, vegetables high in carbs like potatoes and corn wouldn’t be suitable for a keto salad recipe, but there are still many delicious vegetables you can eat on a keto diet. This recipe perfectly demonstrates that.

How to make keto tuna salad
Step 1: Rinse and dry the vegetables. Chop the cucumber, onion, and celery finely (like in the image below) and mince or very finely chop the garlic.
Step 2: Add all of the ingredients except half of the parsley into a mixing or salad bowl. Mix until everything is well coated with the mayonnaise and avocado. Taste and adjust the flavor to your liking with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve. The salad will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Tips for making the perfect keto tuna salad
You can blend together the mayonnaise, avocado, and salt and pepper before mixing everything together. This makes the sauce extra creamy and also allows you to more accurately control the taste of the keto tuna salad.
This recipe is great for adding in your own ideas. Some other ingredients that work well in this recipe are apple cider vinegar, chopped bell peppers, chopped red chilis, onion powder, and the list goes on. A great way to serve this keto tuna salad is on leaves of romaine lettuce. The lettuce ads extra crunch and is great for spooning up the tuna salad.
